About Course
Islamic etiquette, or Adab, encompasses the moral code and social norms prescribed by Islamic teachings for all aspects of a Muslim’s life. It covers a wide range of behaviours, including how one interacts with others, conducts personal hygiene, dresses, eats, and even prays. The principles of Adab are derived from the Quran, the Hadith (sayings and practices of the Prophet Muhammad), and the example set by the Prophet’s companions.
